PLEASE NOTE: We Stongly Advise That Before Placing An Order For Any Of Our Beautiful Dresses , That You Read And Fully Understand All Of Our Business Terms & Conditions Below 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 


Ordering:

Sizing differs between each supplier. If customers are 'in between sizes' we will strongly recommend that they order the larger size as it is much easier to 'take in' a dress than to try and 'let it out'.

Special Order Dresses:

 If the dress the customer wishes to order is out of stock with both Dresses Of Elegance and the designer, a Special Order will be placed to have the dress made specifically for the customer in their required size & colour. 

As soon the customers order is placed with Dresses Of Elegance and the 50% deposit has been paid, the order is immediately placed with the designer. As soon as the order is placed with the designer production of the dress is stared and materials are cut. 

The 50% deposit paid by the customer WILL NOT be returned to the customer if the customer  changes their of mind or chooses to cancel the Special Order, for any reason, at any time. Once production of the dress has started. The 50% deposit will be retained by Dresses Of Elegance to cover business costs.

If the dress arrives at Dresses Of Elegance from the designer damaged or with faults, or if the dress does not arrive at Dresses Of Elegance within the 16 week agreed delivery time, then the 50% deposit paid WILL BE returned to the customer.(The 16 week agreed delivery times excludes events beyond our control such as CORONAVIRUS COVID - 19)

If a customer fails to collect their dress from Dresses Of Elegance and pay the remaining 50% balance within 14 days of being notified, in writing or verbally  by Dresses Of Elegance that the dress have arrived in store, then the customer will be charged a storage fee of £3.00 per day. (Chargeable each day from day 15 onwards for 30 days only). This fee is not negotiable. Any dresses which are NOT paid for in FULL & collected after being stored for 30 days will be cancelled and the full 50% deposit will be retained by the retailer to cover business costs. 

Customers will be asked to sign a Contract Of Sale to agree that they have been notified, understand and agree to all of the above.

Stock Dresses:

Customers choosing to purchase a stock dress will be notified that the dress is a stock dress before purchasing. If the dress has any faults or defects, the faults or defects will be pointed out to the customer by Dresses Of Elegance before any payment takes place. In light of any faults or defects a price reduction may be possible and will be discussed and agreed before the customer makes payment.  Customers purchasing a stock dress will be made aware, before payment, that the dress IS NOT returnable or refundable.

Customers will be asked to sign a receipt to agree that they have been notified, understand and agree to all of the above.

Sale Clearance Dresses:

All Dresses Of Elegance sale clearance dresses are stock dresses and are not available to order. All Dresses Of Elegance Sale Clearance dresses are sold at reduced prices. If a customer chooses to purchase a sale clearance dress that has any faults or defects, the faults or defects will be pointed out to the customer by Dresses Of Elegance before any payment takes place. All customers who purchase a sale clearance dress will be made aware before purchase that the dress they are buying IS NOT returnable or refundable.
