All of our appointments are COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE
Unlike some boutiques your consultation with one of our stylists is completely free. However, to secure an appointment we simply take card details at the time of booking to help reduce the number of missed appointments.
Don't worry – you won't be charged for booking, your card will only be charged a £20 no-show fee if you fail to attend your appointment or give less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
This policy helps prevent multiple bookings, no shows, keeps appointment availability open for genuine customers and reduces waiting times for everyone.
PLEASE NOTE
1. You MUST be over the age of 18yrs to book an appointment.
2. The person making the booking must be attending/accompanying the appointment.
3. Single Appointments Only - Only one person per appointment will be allowed to try on dresses.
4. Strictly a maximum of 3 people per appointment. (this includes the person trying dresses on)
5. Anyone wearing False Tan or Heavy Make-up will not be allowed to try any dresses on.
