BOOKING FEE: Sadly due to an increasing number of missed appointments, no-shows, and last-minute cancellations, a £20 booking fee will now be required to secure an appointment. The £20 booking fee will be taken off the price of the dress if you purchase on the day.
Even though we send out reminders before an appointment, several people still fail to contact us to cancel or just don’t bother turning up on the day. An appointment is time reserved and allocated especially for you and when an appointment is missed, it means other customers have lost out on the opportunity to book that slot.
This is very frustrating when appointments are currently in high demand and many customers are having to wait weeks to secure a genuine appointment.
Please Note: The £20 Booking Fee is non-refundable if less than 24 hours notice is provided for cancellations or re-scheduling. Notice must be in writing via text or email at least 24 hours before the appointment start time or the booking fee will be forfeited.

If you have completed the booking page correctly you will receive an email confirming that your appointment has been booked. If you do not receive an email this means there is a problem and your appointment is NOT confirmed so please do not attend.
To CANCEL an appointment please click on the email you received when the booking was placed and Tap the Cancel Appointment Tab
