 Our gowns are Exquisite and Unique, and you will be sure to find a Beautiful Prom Dress or Evening Gown a little bit different to those found in many High Street Boutiques.

  2. Professional advice from our experienced team of consultants throughout your entire appointment.

3. Starting with an informal chat, we will discuss your design ideas, fabrics and colours etc then advise on the best styles to suit your figure and shape.

4. All our gowns are arranged by colour & style and you will have enough time to try on a selection of dresses during your appointment.

5. Our consultants will guide you through your appointment and offer as many or as little suggestions as you like to make your decision easier.

6. We believe your decision should not only be based on how a gown looks but also on how comfortable it is to wear. 

7. Remember, as well as looking beautiful you also have to feel confident and comfortable in your stunning dress.

8. To ensure the perfect fit, we can put you in contact with local seamstresses who can offer an alteration service if needed.

9. Once you have tried on a range of gowns it will be decision time. 

10. Once you are confident you have successfully found the dress of your dreams, you will need to pay just 50% deposit if your order has to be placed or if we have your size and colour in stock you can make payment in full and take the dress home with you on the day.

11. You can then just relax and enjoy the lead up to your special occasion knowing that Dresses of Elegance are either taking care of, or have already taken care of your every need. 

12.  If your Gorgeous Gown has to be ordered in, as soon as it arrives in store we will contact you to arrange a 15 minute fitting appointment. The balance of your gown is due at this point and must be paid in full. You are then free to take your Gorgeous Gown home.

Please note: Dresses can take between 12 to 16 weeks to be handmade and arrive in store so this must be factored in when placing an order.
